This is one of the most challenging weeks since I started my Health Happenings Journey. It’s my Brother Ernie’s Birthday and we’re on vacation out in the Canadian Rockies!
The food has been a steady stream of goodness, so many different kinds of food, so many flavours to taste! The problem? Each meal is about 4,000 cals!
Traveling is never easy to keep up with your fitness, mix in traveling with 3 dudes who love to eat (I’m the 4th dude who loves to eat) and its a recipe for disaster!
One saving grace is that we are doing a TON of walking around seeing the sights. I have also been able to sneak in 3 jogs without the Food Pushers knowing.
