Health Happenings Week 17

When life gets busy staying on top of your Health Happenings is never easy❗️ This week the struggle of life and work getting in the way of staying active is real 😮 Will this be the week that the scales are against the chassis reduction or will I yet again make the pounds disappear❓ Staying active does not always have to be just working out and walking/running sports play a role as well. This week Alright Robyn and I hit the recently opened tennis 🎾 courts to not only get a workout in but also have some fun 🎉 One of the key aspects to staying healthy is what you eat, however that doesn’t mean healthy delicious food can’t taste great🔥 as Alright Robyn proves this week making some delicious meals❗️
